World Day Against Human Trafficking

The World Day Against Human Trafficking was July 30. Human trafficking is recruitment & transport of a child or adult for the purposes of sexual exploitation or forced labour, & though it is an overwhelming issue, we can take action.

Please pray that we can speak up for modern-day slaves around the world, & for the extreme poverty which is often at the root of the vast majority of trafficking around the world.

Pray those that are rescued may feel safe & begin to heal, & for God’s joy & hope to replace all shame & fear. May God give strength to investigators & prosecutors, & courage to survivors as well, in the face of such injustice
